Profile

K. Srinivasan is the Founder Director of Kesari Infrabuild: the engineer-entrepreneur who established the firm and shaped its direction. A postgraduate in management, he founded the business in the field of piping and water-resource management, and steered its expansion into the water and wastewater treatment, environmental consultancy and solid-waste management practices that define KIPL today.

His approach set the firm's enduring standard: environmental engineering delivered as accountable infrastructure, not detached advice. He remains an active member of the Indian Water Works Association and the Indian green-building community, and continues to anchor the firm's technical foundations.

What he built

From piping and water-resource management, he grew a single-discipline practice into an integrated environmental-infrastructure firm.

  • 01Piping & water-resource management
  • 02Water & wastewater treatment
  • 03Environmental consultancy
  • 04Solid-waste management

On the ground

Engineering delivered, not advised from a distance.

Site supervision, water infrastructure and the industry platforms that go with them — the practice he built the firm on, photographed where it runs rather than where it is designed.

  • Two engineers in hi-vis vests and hard hats beside a mature tree on a construction site
  • A KIPL organic waste converter installed under a building's stilt floor
  • A site visit beside a water channel, embankment and planting along the far bank

On the platform

Presenting the practice, and being counted.

Knowledge seminars, industry forums and the recognition that follows them: green building, artificial intelligence in real estate, and the regulatory ground KIPL argues on.

  • Being presented with a bouquet on stage at a CREDAI Youth green building and sustainable development event
  • Presenting Kesari Infrabuild's green building certification practice from the podium at a knowledge seminar
  • On stage between the banners of a CREDAI Youth green building and sustainable development session
  • The inaugural lamp being lit before the CREDAI-MCHI Raigad knowledge seminar on artificial intelligence and green building
