Profile

Minal Srinivasan serves as Managing Director of Kesari Infrabuild Private Limited, recognised among India's Top 10 environmental consultancies. She brings nearly two decades of executive leadership across fifteen markets (spanning India, the United States, China, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, the Philippines, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Turkey, the UAE, the Maldives and Mauritius) and pairs that cross-cultural management depth with formal training in the environmental sciences and a systems view of sustainability.

She is currently a Doctoral Researcher at Golden Gate University, San Francisco, where her work focuses on scalability in sustainable infrastructure. Her leadership philosophy is anchored in a simple conviction: that environmental responsibility and enterprise are not opposing forces, but the same discipline practised well.

We are trustees of the planet. The Earth is not an inheritance from our ancestors, but a legacy borrowed from our children.

On the ground

Leadership carried through to the site.

Plantation sites, tree works and live construction. The same leadership that sets the approach is on site while it is carried out, which is what keeps the assessment, the execution and the monitoring in one pair of hands.

From the studio

A second practice, in oils.

Painting is her own work rather than the firm's, and the subjects are largely the ones the practice deals in — rivers, forests, birds and the landscapes around them.
